Shipping within Australia
SpecHolders Australia offers a standard delivery fee of $3.95 (excluding promotional periods, where shipping may either be FREE or DISCOUNTED) to most areas. In the case that an order is accepted but is not be part of the SpecHolders Australia delivery network, a customer service representative will contact you to re-arrange an alternative delivery.
In the event that you have placed an order that may require you to change the delivery address, an additional delivery charge may be incurred. A customer service representative will inform you of this amount.
Cancellation Policy
In the event that you wish to cancel your order and receive a full refund, you will need to do so prior to the goods being shipped from SpecHolders Australia. Once goods have been shipped, there will be no refunds issued.
Returns/Refund Policy
In the event of unsatisfactory quality or faulty goods upon delivery, all items must be returned to SpecHolders Australia at the purchaser’s expense to receive or a full refund. Please call us on 0452-577-327 or e-mail us at sales@specholders.com.au to discuss the issues you may have had.
In the event of a refund, this amount (including all handling/delivery charges) will be credited back to the card used to make the original purchase.
Please make your selections carefully. SpecHolders Australia do not give refunds if you change your mind or make a wrong decision.
